The AirZing UV-C purifier generates 253.7 nm UV-C light, ideal for disinfecting surfaces and extremely efficient air purification. Its technology has been shown to kill up to 99.9% of microorganisms and is ozone- free. The system is also equipped with an IR presence sensor, which turns off the lamp when people are detected in the UV-C workspace.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

This product is intended exclusively for indoor air purification and surface purification (non-medical devices).
The product is not suitable for cleaning, disinfecting or sterilizing medical devices.
The product should not be equipped with general lighting lamps, and the UV-C lamp should not be installed in general lighting fixtures.
This product is intended for professional use only. Installation should only be performed by qualified professionals. By purchasing this product, you declare that you purchase it for professional use and that you are / will hire qualified persons to properly install, operate and maintain this product.
This product must not be powered on during installation, maintenance or replacement of the lamp.
The use of this product in places with flammable or explosive materials is strictly prohibited.
This product emits UV-C radiation during operation. Always avoid exposing humans or animals to direct or reflected UV-C radiation.
UV-C radiation emitted by this product during operation may cause serious damage to the eyes and skin at relatively short duration of exposure. It is not allowed to stand near people or animals. Make sure humans and animals are not in the operating space when this product is in operation! Only start the purification process if the room has been cleared. Below is a non-exhaustive list of recommendations for achieving this goal. You can choose more than one option.

- Lock the room during operation;
- A warning sign, warning lamp or warning sound may be used;
- The product must be activated only by designated trained persons;
- The switch must be outside the room;
- The switch must not be easily confused with normal light switches;
- The switch must be installed at least 2 m from the floor;
- The switch can be equipped with a locking device that can only be operated by dedicated operators;
- A door switch can be used, which stops the product if any door is opened;
- The operation of the product can be identified by a slight blue glow of the lamp. Instruct staff not to enter the room and to leave immediately if the product is in operation. This is a second level measure if the other measures, such as locking the camera or the warning at the entrance, have failed.

The product is equipped with an infrared sensor that turns off the lamp immediately if a person unexpectedly appears inside the UV-C workspace. Don’t just rely on the sensor. This is only a second level measure in case of misuse or breach of the above safety precautions.
Sensor sensitivity decreases at ambient temperatures above 35°C.
Do not cover the IR sensor or block its field of view under any circumstances. This product must be installed correctly, refer to the installation instructions to prevent damage to the light source or other components.
The product must be installed at a certain height and distance, at a certain temperature.
The IR sensor can be activated in the event of unusual convection currents.
An insufficient dose of UV-C radiation may not achieve the desired purification effect.
The intensity of the ultraviolet radiation of this product is determined according to the duration of use. Replace the UV-C lamp when the combined service life exceeds the effective service life; replace the lamp on time.
UV-C radiation can wear out non-metallic materials such as plastic, rubber, etc. When using the product, protect non-metallic materials exposed to UV-C radiation.
Never expose plants to UV-C radiation.
When using this product, keep the disinfected area clean and dry, close doors and windows and prevent outside air circulation. Do not use a fan or other air circulating device.
This product does not produce ozone.
The original concept and testing of this product are based on the 30 W OSRAM HNS T8 two-head UV-C lamp tube. This product may behave differently if equipped with any other type of light source.
The OSRAM HNS tube contains mercury; comply with local regulations when disposing of the used light source.
A 5-second pause is required when restarting immediately after shutdown, due to a systematic 3-5-second reset.
Once the product is turned off by the IR sensor, it will not restart automatically, but must be restarted manually.
OSRAM’s warranty policy applies only to properly installed, used, repaired and maintained products. Failure to comply with this requirement will void any express or implied warranty.
