Purion Anti-Legionella UV-C hot water sterilizer is characterized by a special design and disinfection capacity, with low energy consumption.

Purion Anti-Legionella UV-C hot water sterilizer is a special device for disinfecting water with Legionella bacterium, which is responsible for fatal lung complications. The Legionella bacterium is transmitted to humans by breathing air that contains contaminated water vapour from: swimming pools, recreational pools, family baths, etc. The development of Legionella is favoured in improperly maintained water filtration systems, water heating boilers, humidifying air conditioning systems, etc.

The housing is made in compliance with the strictest technical norms, from electrochemically finished stainless steel.

The water disinfection capacity is calculated at a transmission of at least 90% per cm. Optionally, for fluids with a UV-C transmission below 60% (less transparent), the sterilizer can be equipped with more powerful lamps.

The installation and disassembly of the quartz tube or the UV-C lamp can be done manually, without special tools.

The efficiency of the sterilization is due to the very thin layer, only 7.5 mm, between the quartz tube and the inner wall of the steel reactor.
