RETURN POLICY

According to the laws in force, the consumer (the person who purchased products online from the website www.uv-c.ro) has the right to notify in writing the trader that s/he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: sealed, in the original packaging, with the labels intact, with all accessories included, without bumps or scratches and with the accompanying documents. The return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made within 30 days of return.
